All prices, descriptions and details on this website are deemed to be correct at the time of writing, but due to the nature of the business and the frequency of updates, discrepencies may occur. We reserve the right to change any details at any time.

All spare parts remain the property of electricalsales.co.uk until paid for in full.

Refunds can only be accepted on mechanical parts which have NOT been fitted or attempted to be fit. We cannot accept refunds on electronic parts such as control boards. If a part has been ordered in error then as long as it is in its original condition we can accept it back for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and minus the postal cost to us. If a part has been sent incorrectly as a result of an error on our part then you will be issued a full refund.

Please bear in mind that while a part may give the name of a manufacturer in its description it does not mean that it was made by that manufacturer.

All parts and spares are subject to the manufacturer's guarantee. All returns are subject to the manufacturer's inspection of the faulty component and proof of purchase is required. Also note that in order to accept a faulty part back we must be certain that the part was fitted by a competent engineer and that the fault did not occur due to incorrect installation. In this instance no refund or no replacement part and/or spare will be made available.

Once a fault has been determined a replacement part will be issued at no cost. Manufacturer's guarantee is 12 months, second hand and reconditioned parts have a 3 month guarantee.

All transactions are processed securely and safely through World Pay.

We send all post by Royal Mail 1st Class (Go to delivery details ). Once a part has left our premises it is up to Royal Mail to deliver said part. We will not be held responsible for loss or damages caused by Royal Mail or The Post Office.

All parts and spares on our website are new and unused. We do not sell second hand parts and spares advertised as new. Where an item may be reconditioned it will say so in its description. If you believe you have received a second hand part or spare please contact us.

We can supply second hand electrical spares or reconditioned parts if you so require, although we do not offer them on the website. Please contact us
